Randstad have partnered with a reputable State Government Department and are seeking highly dedicated customer service officers. The role requires exceptional data accuracy combined with professional client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • High volume data entry
  • First point of contact for client enquiries via telephone, email
  • Manage and update database records using multiple systems and procedures
  • Resolve and escalate complex client matters
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information

To be successful, you will possess the following:

  • Proven experience in a similar high-volume administrative role with a focus on data entry and customer service.
  • Customer Service skills, including the proven ability to be an excellent communicator on the telephone, engaging with a diverse range of customers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with database management systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must hold a valid NPC (National Police Check)
  • Available to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
